   • Once you download an online book or redeem a gift, event coupon, or discount coupon, refunds will not be possible.

Services:

1. Web Designing, Digital Marketing, SEO, Graphic Designing:
   • Refunds for digital marketing services will be possible within 2 days of purchase.
   • Refunds for other services (Web Designing, SEO, Graphic Designing) are not available.

Refund Process:

   • For eligible refunds, Sajith will issue a refund of 75% of the total payment after deducting GST and any other applicable taxes or charges.
2. Payment Method:
   • Refunds will not go through the payment gateway. Instead, they will be processed directly to your bank account.
